NEPTUNE VRES DIAMOND is simply mixed with cordage oil and water to produce a batch emulsion of the correct type and viscosity ready for application on the first goods machine.

METHOD OF USE

The oil and water content can be varied widely but the emulsifier content should be at least 1%. (lower concentrations can be used but only with an all oil batch). Below is an example batch.

1% NEPTUNE VRES DIAMOND

79% CORDAGE OIL

20% WATER

Mix the emulsifier with the cordage oil, then add all the water. All mixing should be done cold. The batching emulsion should be applied to the fibres on the first goods machine at between 15% and 17.5% by weight
