INCREASED MILL EFFICIENCY

Some vegetable oil products lead to reduced mill efficiency. The pilot mills involved in the testing and development on Neptune's products have reported increased efficiency compared with mineral oils

NEPTUNE EMULSIFIER WAFT 3

Free from aromatics and contains only indirect food contact approved components. Used to produce emulsions with highly refined, aromatic-free, white mineral oils.

NEPTUNE VEGETABLE OIL EMULSIFIER 191NV

Aromatic-free indirect food contact approved emulsifier which, when used with a suitable vegetable oil, will produce emulsions to meet the regulations laid down by CAOBISCO and the IOCCC.

NEPTUNE 'PKO' VEGETABLE OIL EMULSIFIER

A food contact approved emulsifier with built in lubricity enhancers. Increases mill efficiency. When used with suitable vegetable oils produces emulsions to meet CAOBISCO and IOCCC specifications and allow spinning with minimum oil content.

NEPTUNE VEGETABLE BATCHING OIL

A self-emulsifying vegetable oil / preservative / emulsifier blend designed to meet the CAOBISCO, IOCCC specifications and increases in mill efficiency. The spinner just adds water.

NEPTUNE VEGETABLE BATCHING OIL LT

A self-emulsifying vegetable oil / emulsifier blend specially designed for use at lower temperatures. The spinner just adds water.
